Text Box: Prepare yourself for childbirth by learning a variety of tools and about the hormonal orchestration that occurs during pregnancy, initiates labor, and carries on postpartum.  Breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum planning are also included in this series.

Text Box: Older siblings (age 3-7) are welcome to attend this one and a half hour class with their parents.  Children will learn how babies enter the world, what to expect after the baby is born, how to hold an infant,  and more.  They will also have the opportunity to create their own swaddling blanket for their new brother or sister.

Older Sibling Preparation

Text Box: Avoid the isolation that is common in new families by meeting up with other families with infants in facilitated groups.  There will be a topic of discussion each week, time to socialize, and, of course, food!
